🎤 12 finalists, one stage in New York: Travel Code pitched at Business Travel Show America

Live, timed pitches to judges and corporate travel buyers at the Javits Center — here's how it went.

This week we took Travel Code to New York.

On 14–15 October, Business Travel Show America filled the Javits Center with corporate travel and meetings buyers. One of the show's centrepieces is the Business Travel Innovation Faceoff: finalists pitch their product live on stage, against the clock, to a panel of expert judges and an audience of travel buyers. Two awards are on the line — the Business Travel Innovator Award, chosen by the judges, and the People's Choice Award, voted by the room.

Travel Code was one of the 12 finalists selected to pitch, and on the morning of 15 October our co-founder and CEO Egor Karpovich took the stage.

Why we built it

What we showed the room

Booking, expenses, cards, duty of care and loyalty in one place, instead of five different subscriptions. Ground transportation that actually works, not just air and hotels. Duty of care without paying $3,000 a year for a separate tool — every traveller on the map, live, with incident to alert in about four minutes. A patent-pending exchange marketplace, so unused travel inventory doesn't just turn into lost money. And loyalty points that finally work for the company instead of sitting idle.

All of it is AI-native from day one, which matters a lot for agencies and partners who need modern tools to keep up with their clients.

Between sessions, Egor and Alina Karpovich spent both days at stand EH7 in the Exhibitor Hub, walking buyers through the platform live.
